Dining at the Grand Bay Hotel is as exquisite as the resort

Wyndham's internationally renowned Executive Chef — using private sources for fresh
produce, prime beef and Pacific seafood — combines classic culinary technique
and bold local flavors.
Wyndham's formal flagship restaurant, Antonio's, serves elegantly prepared seafood and
other fine entrees. The Grand Café is perfect for casual dining throughout the
day. Congenial poolside bar, lobby bar and Tequila Bar offer guests a choice
to match any mood. The hacienda-style Golf Clubhouse serves casual dining. The
Mexican-colonial "19th Hole" is well stocked with Cuban cigars and
premium tequila.
Food preparation throughout the resort — including 24-hour in-room dining —
is under the direction of our Executive Chef.
- Antonio's: Serving Dinner. International Cuisine. Antonio's is an intimate and cozy Mexican hacienda-style dining experience; serves select international and regional cuisine for dinner. The attire is evening resort casual, no t- shirts, short-sleeve shirts, sandals, denim, or shorts. Reservation Required.
