ACCOMMODATIONS
Each room contains either 2 double beds or 1 king size bed.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. Room amenities include television, a/c,
shower/bathtub, fan, telephone, hairdryer, radio, mini bar, alarm clock,
refrigerator, and safety deposit box, iron with ironing board, and coffee maker,
refreshment center, ceiling fan, robes. Cribs are on request. All ground floor
rooms have patios and the upper level rooms all have balconies.
- ISLANDVIEW: Offers a view from the entrance of the hotel. The upper level rooms from the 3rd floor up offer a view of the Links at Safe Haven golf course and the northeastern end of the island. These rooms also look out onto West Bay Road. All ground floor rooms have patios and some of the upper level rooms have balconies.
- OCEANVIEW: These rooms are located on the north and south sides of the hotel. They offer a partial view of Seven Mile Beach. All ground floor rooms have patios and the upper level rooms all have balconies.
- OCEANFRONT: These rooms are located in the interior of the hotel. They offer a view of the pool area as well as of Seven Mile Beach.

DINING
The Westin Casuarina Resort features three restaurants and three
lounges.
- CASA HAVANA: The only four-diamond restaurant in the Cayman Islands! Featuring an award-winning menu and wine list, this fine-dining restaurant offers Continental cuisine with a Caribbean flair. Some of the dishes prepared include Chateaubriand for Two, Medallions of Veal Oscar, Fresh Maine Lobster, and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. Several items are prepared tableside. Dessert selection includes Bananas Foster and Crêpes Suzette. Westin's Paraguayan harpist performs Monday through Saturday.
- FERDINAND'S: The tropical flavors of the Caribbean highlight the local specialties on the menu at Ferdinand's, which also features light fare such as sandwiches and salads for lunch. Ferdinand's offers all-day dining, as well as breakfast buffet and champagne brunch on Sunday.
- COURTYARD CAFE: Enjoy casual dining at the Courtyard Cafe, open for lunch and afternoon snack service around the pool and on the beach.
