Having returned to private ownership, The Ritz's recent refurbishment combines the most modern technology with traditional elegant surroundings and has extended facilities by the addition of a fitness room, business bureau and hairdressing salons. The 133 guest rooms have been completely refurbished, carefully restoring them to their previous splendor. Fabrics have been woven to order and furniture and fittings restored or commissioned. Guest rooms offer dual voltage, three telephones, voice-mail, ISDN and fax modems. With over two staff to every room, guests' every need is met and often exceeded. The Palm Court, Restaurant and Italian Garden have also undergone a major restoration program, providing beautiful surroundings for business and pleasure alike.
