DINING
Tamarind Cove has three outstanding restaurants:
- SASSO: open for dinner only, is one of the most exclusive restaurants in the Elegant Hotels Group, as well as in Barbados.
- TANGIERS: the hotel's main dining area, is an open air restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.
- THA BAMBOO BEACH BAR: an informal, Bajan-style restaurant offers all-day dining and entertainment on most nights. Its beachfront location makes it popular with both guests and local residents alike. Dress code in Tamarind Cove's restaurants is elegantly casual.
EXCHANGE DINING:
Guests enjoying an all-inclusive package, or staying on a
half-board accommodation basis, are not limited to their own hotels when it
comes to dining.
To extend the range of choice, Elegant Hotels offer an Exchange Dining Program
(subject to availability and certain conditions) between all their properties in
Barbados.
The island's most flexible hotel dining option, it means that guests have the
choice of 11 restaurants within the group available at the following hotels:
Colony Club, Tamarind Cove, Coconut Creek, Crystal Cove and Turtle Beach Resort.
Please note transport is not included.

CHILDREN
Please note that children under 12 years old are not permitted to
dine ine Sasso Restaurant (Tamarind Cove) or the Orchid Room (Colony Club). In
addition no children are permitted to stay at or visit Colony Club during the
month of February.
TRANSPORTATION
Transport between resorts, other than West Coast water taxi, is at
passenger's own expense.
