ACCOMMODATIONS
A recent $100 million renovation/expansion included the addition of 50 new oceanfront rooms and suites for a total of 106 guest accommodations. Within the contemporary charm of the new Crescent Wing are oversized rooms, mahogany beds, hardwood floors, sisal rugs, marble bathrooms and fresh flowers.

The Hartford Wing exudes the ambiance of an elegant plantation with classic colonial architecture and lovely views of the garden or ocean.

The maximum occupancy for all suites and rooms in both Hartford Wing and Crescent Wing is two (2) adults and one (1) child 18 years of age or under. The maximum occupancy for our two bedroom "Garden Cottage" is four (4) adults and one (1) child 18 years old or under.

All children will be accommodated on a futon; there will be an additional charge of $100 per day for those children 12 to 18 years of age. Children 11 years of age and under will be complimentary. The housekeeping gratuity is $3.50 per person per day including and children 12 years and older, $7 per person per day including children 12 years and older in the Garden Cottages and all suites. 

All rooms offer 1 king size bed. Accommodations offer expansive balconies or patios, central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor ceiling fans, mini-bars, safes and 27-inch TV. Butler Service in all guest rooms, suites and garden cottages. Nightly turn-down service, daily fruit bowl, maid service three times daily, champagne and strawberries delivered every afternoon. Bathrooms are appointed with imported marble tile vanities, bathrobes, customized soaps and toiletries, and other features expected in European luxury hotels.

• BEACHFRONT: located directly on the beach, beachfront view located in the crescent wing.
• OCEANVIEW and GARDENVIEW SUITES: Washed in soft colors & textures the Hartford Wing Suites, inspired by our tropical paradise, offers a king bed with 830 sq ft of comfortable living space. A separate parlor area features elegant furnishings and modern amenities including a serve-bar, VCR, satellite TV & Internet access. Sliding glass doors lead to an adjoining patio or balcony with sweeping views of the gardens or ocean. Bathrooms are adorned with oversized bathtubs and bidets. 
• TWO BEDROOM GARDEN COTTAGES: Secluded within the Ocean Club’s garden grounds, the Hartford Wing’s, Garden Cottages each with 860 sq ft, are an elegant blend of casual Bahamian beauty and state of the art amenities. Each Cottage boasts 2 bedrooms, satellite TV, and Internet access. Luxurious bedrooms offer king or euro-king beds. French Doors connect the parlor & master bedroom to an enclosed private courtyard. Bathrooms are sensual retreats adorned with marble, oversized tubs and bidets.

• DUNE: Created by acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Dune offers superb dining with dramatic ocean views, innovative blends of French-Asian cuisine infused with local herbs and Bahamian influences, a truly unexpected dining experience. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• COURTYARD TERRACE: One of the most romantic garden-setting restaurants in The Bahamas, this venue offers gourmet al fresco dining. Open for breakfast and dinner.
• POOL & TERRACE CAFE: The restaurant is overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens featuring light Continental cuisine. Open daily for lunch and beverage service.
• CLUBHOUSE: at the golf course- Located at the Ocean Club golf course, the Clubhouse is an inviting place to relax and enjoy cocktails or lunch. 
• HARTFORD LOUNGE: Open 5:00pm-midnight. Cocktails and complimentary hors d’oeuvres are served between 6-8pm. 
• POOL & BEACH BAR AND GRILL: Both offer chaise lounges and towel service daily. Food and beverage are served from 11.00am to 6.00pm. 24-hour room service.

DINNER RESERVATIONS-CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised of the new cancellation policy on dinner reservations at the Atlantis & Ocean Club. This new policy is in effect immediately and should permit the Ocean Club Dinner Reservations Dept to better manage their space and service you at the same time.

• Dinner Reservations Cancellation Policy:
  • All in house guests with confirmed reservations for 5 or more will receive a room charge for any no-show or late cancellations.
  • In order to avoid being penalized, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before any actual dining time.
  • For "same day bookings", Dinner Reservations dept must be notified of any cancellation before 2pm
  • If a reservation is not cancelled within the specified time, or results in a no-show, the guests will be charged a $50.00 per person guarantee fee.
  • A food & beverage cashier will process all cancellation penalties. Charges will be posted either directly to an in-house guest's folio or to a non-guest's credit card.
