- OCEAN SUITE: We remind you that you are here to discover the secrets of the Garden Isle; and not just of your huge, 1,200 square foot room. This fact may escape you, given the ocean or pool view, separate bedroom with king size bed, and living area with remote TV, wet bar and separate dining area. The bath has both a shower and a tub with whirlpool and a remote mini TV.
- DELUXE SUITE: These 1,500 square foot suites offer most of the amenities of the Hyatt Regency Kauai Ocean Suites, including ocean or lagoon views; all of this at a surprisingly low rate. But then, Hawaii thrives on surprises.
- PRESIDENTIAL SUITE: Welcome to a vacation hideaway perhaps larger than your home. You can rationalize the indulgence by expressing a desire to recall an earlier time and sample the lifestyle enjoyed by the Hawaiian kings. (They should have been so fortunate.) Your 2,700-square-foot suite includes a lanai with cushioned lounge furniture and an awe-inspiring view of the ocean. The luxurious bedroom offers your choice of a king or two double beds and amenities ranging from TV and VCR to a comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped from microwave to coffee maker ... and fully stocked, too, with a wide variety of mixed drinks, juices, beer, wine and soft drinks awaiting your arrival. Enjoy separate dining for six, and a living area with big screen TV, selected movie tapes and a stereo entertainment system. The hot tub easily accommodates four. fabulous new as well as timeless and traditional fare. At the Hyatt Regency
Kauai, an extended and tempting menu of five restaurant and five lounge venues
will sustain you through your busy and fun-filled day and, later on, provide a
focus for casual reflection on the day's activities.
- DONDERO'S: Beautifully decorated inlaid
marble flooring, ornately patterned tile
work and exquisite Franciscan murals transport you to an Italian bistro and set the stage for an evening of elegant dining in peaceful surroundings. Experience the regional cuisines of Italy with classic dishes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Begin your meal with a superb Carpaccio or a Caesar Salad. Select a savory entree from items such as Dondero's Ahi, Cioppino or one of our freshly made pastas. Polynesia at this lively celebration. Before the traditional luau feast

includes local favorites Kalua pork (baked underground), sweet potato, poi,
haupia (coconut pudding) and much more. The excitement builds as Polynesian
performers dramatize the stories of their ancestors with Hawaiian hula,
Tahitian and Samoan fire dance. This festive luau ends with lasting memories
to take home with you.

Sunset
coincides with the musical sounds of the islands, as authentically
interpreted in Leilani Bond's Hula Halau. The nightly entertainment
schedule includes solo guitarists, hula dancers of all ages and a Hawaiian
music trio. Adjacent to the main lobby offering spectacular views of
the ocean and our lush tropical gardens. The lounge features an espresso
bar each morning and live entertainment in the evening including a
traditional torchlighting ceremony hula and Hawaiian music. Seaview
Terrace offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

single-malt scotches, vintage ports and cognac together with fine cigars,
live jazz, billiards and other entertainments.... such as speculating on
what new wonders tomorrow will reveal. If all of this feels momentarily
out of place in paradise, rest assured that the feeling will pass.
