All rooms bedding consists of your choice of either 1 king size
bed or 2 double beds.

- HEMINGWAY'S: This free-standing beachside restaurant is so popular on the island that advance reservations are a must. The casual ambience of Hemingway's dining room overlooking Seven Mile Beach, combined with the award-winning, sophisticated Caribbean cuisine, are reasons why Hemingway's has been the island's most popular restaurant for over ten years. Open Lunch- 11:30am-2:30pm., Light fare- 2:30pm-5pm. and Dinner- 6pm to 10pm. Hemingway's Bar Open 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- GARDEN LOGGIA: Wake up to a bountiful buffet or à la carte breakfast or lunch in our courtyard. Seafood buffets on Tuesday's.
- BRITANNIA GOLF CLUB GRILLE: Enjoy a casual lunch or dinner overlooking the 18th hole of our Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. Britannia Golf Club Grille serves an array of salads, sandwiches and island specialties. Open 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Outdoor dining is featured on an open verandah. A constant breeze from the North Sound is almost guaranteed. Live entertainment is offered with dinner on Thursday nights. Reservations are recommended. Open 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- RUM POINT RESTAURANT: Spectacular Caribbean cuisine prepared in the island's only display kitchen featuring panoramic views of the North Sound. The restaurant's unique Caribbean decor features abstract marine life created by local artists and has become an island attraction. There is live music with the famous Barefoot Man and Band on Mondays and Fridays from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and a beach buffet featuring live music on Saturdays. Reservations are recommended. Open Dinner - 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- TCBY: Here you will find a yogurt store with the world's most spectacular view of the sea, sand and sunset. Located at our Beach Suites and open daily. BAMBOO, Bamboo is where Cayman's smart set gathers at sundown. Bamboo offers sushi, music, appetizers and a lounge. Located at the Hyatt Beach Suites shops. Open 5:00 pm to closing.
BARS
- Aqua's Bar: Swim or walk up to Aqua's Bar. This attractive gazebo-style bar (where Gene Hackman and Tom Cruise were featured in the 1994 blockbuster film The Firm) is located at the swimming pool along the hotel courtyard. Specializing in an extensive selection of tropical drinks and lunch grill specialties including "wraps", salads and burgers. Open Monday through Saturday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sunday - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Beach Bar & Grill: Can you picture yourself sitting in our lovely pools, sipping on a "Cayman Sunset" and watching it? Join us at our swim / walk-up bar and maybe you can catch the "Green Flash" at sunset. Located at our Beach Suites. Open Monday through Saturday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sunday - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Britannia Bar: This casual sports bar is located in the golf clubhouse and offers several viewing areas to watch your favorite sporting event, including a large screen TV located on the 2nd level loft.
- Loggia Lounge: Relax in the casual open-air elegance of the Loggia Lounge. Enjoy your favorite cocktail, cigar or late- night snack in this charming island setting listening to the island sounds of local favorites. Loggia Lounge has a large selection of Cuban cigars and smoking is allowed.
The General Manager's Reception is held here every Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Room service is available 24 hours.
