Jalousie was once the site of an 18th century Sugar Mill Estate, the remains of the original mill have now been integrated into the resort. ACCOMMODATIONS
The resort comprises a total of 112 rooms in Sugar Mill
buildings, Villas and villa suites. All rooms are equipped with
individually controlled a/c, ceiling fans, mini bar, coffee maker, bathrobes,
electronic safe, am/fm clock radio, direct dial telephone with data port, TV
with satellite reception and VCR. All bathrooms have bidets, hairdryers and
makeup mirrors.
- SUGAR MILL ROOM: expansive bedroom with king bed, spacious bathroom and dressing room, sitting area and a private outdoor sun terrace. Rooms are close to the main building, pool, beach and restaurant.
- VILLA: scattered on the tropical hillside all offer spectacular views of the Piton Mountains and Jalousie Bay with a patio area. Most have a king size bed and all have sleeper sofas.

- VERANDAH RESTAURANT: located in the Great House, serving a full American breakfast buffet, daily 7am-1030am.
- BAYSIDE BAR AND GRILL: located at the pool and beach, serving hot and cold buffet lunch plus an a la carte menu featuring sandwiches, burgers, and sumptuous steaks lunch served 12pm-5pm, daily from 1030am-630pm bar service. Friday night a barbecue dinner is served to the Caribbean sounds of a steel band, and live local entertainment.
- PIER RESTAURANT: located at the Jalousie Marina. Live entertainment Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays showcasing local bands will complement a creative seafood and Creole menu.
