Two story 196 room low rise deluxe resort is situated amidst tall palms along 2000 feet of Pinney's Beach. The resort is comprised of twelve 2 story beach cottages that blend in with the islands natural beauty and 17 suites. It is the only Five Diamond resort in the Caribbean.

• DELUXE MOUNTAINVIEW: In Mountain View Rooms, sliding glass doors with wooden shutters lead to a balcony or a patio, offering views of the green shoulders and cloud-capped peak of Mount Nevis. One king or two double beds. 
• DELUXE OCEANFRONT: Oceanfront Rooms have a balcony or a patio accessible through wooden-shuttered sliding glass doors. Located in cottages 2 through 10, they overlook the Caribbean Sea and the beachfront. One king or two double beds, View: Caribbean Sea and Penney’s Beach.
• EXECUTIVE SUITES: Executive Suites overlook the Caribbean Sea and the beachfront. Frosted glass French doors seclude the bedroom from the living room, while sliding glass doors with wooden shutters lead to the balcony or patio. Bed Type(s) King bed. Second bedroom has one king or two double beds. Bath: One full bathroom per bedroom Location: Cottages 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 View: Caribbean Sea and Pinney's Beach.
• OCEAN SUITES: All five ocean suites are located ground level and have access to Pinney's Beach with views of the Caribbean Sea. Glass doors separate the bedroom and sitting room. These suites breakout 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. 
• LUXURY SUITES: (1 or 3 Bedroom), The Resort's two luxury suites are ideal for anyone wishing to entertain privately. Each includes two large, teak-furnished balconies with elevated views of the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Kitts and the beachfront. DINING

• DINING ROOM: 140 seat open air restaurant with a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant features California cuisine with Asian influences. 
• GRILL ROOM: Relaxed open-air setting for breakfast and dinner. The décor features brightly-colored Caribbean tiles, a terrace overlooking the pool, ceiling fans and an oceanview to the west. The Grill Room seats 147 guests, with 24 on the terrace. Reservations recommended in high season. Shirts and footwear are required at all times. Dress code required in the evening.
• THE POOL CABANA: For a refreshing drink or a casual light meal near the pool, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Cabana provides a full bar, sandwiches, fresh local seafood, a choice of luncheon specialties and weekly theme buffet dinners. 

After sunset in the library, the GRILL ROOM and the DINING ROOM gentlemen are required to wear collared and buttoned shirts, full length trousers and closed in footwear. Jackets and tie are not required. Ladies are advised to wear cocktail length dresses or skirts, or evening trouser. No day shorts.

MISCELLANEOUS
Guests arriving at St. Kitts Airport will be met and taken to the resorts check-in desk. Then transported to the dock and will board the resort's private ferry.

A US $75 per person roundtrip charge will be added to guest's incidental charges and is payable at checkout.

Complimentary transfers for children age 12 and under. Guests arriving by air at Nevis Newcastle Airport will be met and assisted with a taxi to the Resort.

TAXES AND GRATUITIES

Taxes are 8% of bill, gratuities are 10% of the bill, both payable at checkout. There will be a charge of $10 US per room/ per night for a Coastal Protection Levy.
