The resort features the first ever hydroponics farm at a resort and the only full service spa on the island of Anguilla. ACCOMMODATIONS
The CuisinArt Resort & Spa features 93 rooms, all luxuriously appointed with Italian fabrics and furniture from around the globe. All rooms feature large bathrooms set in soft-toned Italian marble with deep bathtubs. Amongst the 93 luxurious accommodations are nine luxury guest rooms, 60 junior suites, two penthouse suites, and a combination of luxury junior and one bedroom suites which can be mixed and matched upon a guest's request, creating up to 10 two-bedroom suites.

• SUPERIOR: Located near the beach in the main building, these spacious guestrooms offer lush tropical views, Mediterranean furnishings, marble bathrooms and private patios. Maximum room occupancy is 2 adults.
• LUXURY: These oversized guestrooms offer stunning Oceanview and luxurious accommodations- large bedroom with living area, dressing room, marble bathroom and private patio. Maximum room occupancy is 3 adults.

• PENTHOUSE I: This luxurious penthouse offers privacy and exceptional views of the ocean. The expansive 1,000 sq. ft. terrace overlooks the ocean and beach. Maximum room occupancy is 7 adults.
• PENTHOUSE II: This lavish 3600 sq. ft. penthouse suite provides maximum privacy. Bask in the sun on your secluded 4000 sq. ft. sun deck or relax in your private Jacuzzi.  World-class chef, Denis Jaricot, has developed outstanding menus featuring signature dishes for the CuisinArt Resort & Spa's three dining options; Santorini, Café Mediterraneo and the Hydroponics Café.

• Santorini Restaurant: the resort's fine dining and gourmet restaurant boasts an original French rotisserie and sets new standards for epicurean kitchens. The kitchens are designed with glass walls to offer interested guests the opportunity to observe the chef and his team creating their specialties. Fresh produce selected daily from the hydroponic farm is used in the Mediterranean cuisine infused with the flamboyant flavors and spices of the Caribbean. A balanced collection of wines carefully selected from around the world complement the gourmet cuisine. 
• Café Mediterraneo: located poolside, is a short stroll from the beach. The Café is an ideal place to enjoy a mid-day meal from a menu selection of grilled items, pizza, fresh home grown salads, seafood, desserts, drinks and specialty coffees. 
• Hydroponics Café: offers lunch daily featuring personalized selections of the fresh produce from the hydroponics farm for salads, healthy juices, mineral water and wine.

• COOKING CLASSES: guests of the resort may take advantage of cooking classes and demonstrations, featuring the CuisinArt Resort and Spas Executive Chef and other renowned guest chefs from Europe and the United States. Culinary programs will be developed for the year 2000.
• HYDROPONICS FARM: The CuisinArt Resort and Spa features the first hydroponic farm at a resort, which will grow the majority of the fresh fruits, vegetables, edible flowers and herbs used in the resorts restaurants. Hydroponics, the growing of plants in water and fertilizer solution containing the necessary nutrients for plant growth, is an excellent way to provide fresh and nourishing food in the Caribbean. Most if not all, fruits and vegetables have to be imported in from the United States, South America and other countries to restaurants in the Caribbean. This state of the art process, produces fresh, healthy, pollutant and pesticide free fruits, vegetables and edible flowers which are used for preparing meals.
