I wanted to be sure to tell you that I recently (in the past couple weeks) had been searching for the perfect honeymoon for my fiancé and I in June. I had worked with a few different travel agents to begin with, but after working with Joni, I decided not to work with anyone else. She was so wonderful to work with, and even put up with my annoying phone calls (I was really excited about the honeymoon plans).
I would just like to tell you that I truly enjoyed working with Joni. I feel that your company is very fortunate to have someone so wonderful to work with, especially when working with people she doesn't get a chance to meet in person. She was a delight to work with.

We just got back from Breezes Curacao and had a fantastic time! What a wonderful place. And the nicest people you could hope to meet. Just wanted to thank you for setting it all up.
We ended up with two oceanfront rooms in Plover, in our opinion the best building to be in. Could have stayed three weeks!

We were quite surprised to find a full refund for our unused nights at the resort. When I asked you for help, you said, "let me take care of it for you." This refund shows that you meant it! We know the results would not have been so favorable, and perhaps there would have been none at all, without your dedicated intervention on our behalf.
You certainly deliver service with a capital "S", something not seen in today's world of megastores and uncaring sales personnel, and we will stress this when recommending you to others.

We started making vacation plans in July of 1998, as we did our research we look at numerous different vacation options and travel agencies. No one could beat the price which All-Inclusive Resort Travel gave us! We found your prices to be much below what other companies quoted and their enthusiasm about vacationing did not compare. We booked everything in August thinking we would be on our own from there - little to our dismay, just weeks prior to our departure we spoke with Tom. He assured us that everything was in order and gave us helpful tips so we would be able to make the most of our stay at Sandals.
Upon our arrival at Sandals Ocho Rios on Feb. 21st, we were greeted with champagne and a friendly face ensuring that we had an eventful week ahead. Everything we experienced while at Sandals was beyond our expectations. From Grant's Hobbie Cat rides and the entire water sports staff, to the fine dining and service, the quick response from front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to all the extra activities, we were thrilled to see so much effort put forth from the entire crew.
There were 3 Playmakers who really made the difference, Celene, Alexi, and Andrew, they were great!! Our vacation would not have been the same without them, they made sure there was plenty to do at all times without being too persistent. We can't say enough, they went above and beyond what we believe should be expected of them! Not only did they always create an exciting atmosphere, but they showed true sincerity. We stayed up into the morning hours discussing different issues and sharing ideas. The morning we left Celene and Alexi were there at 6:00 am to see us off - they showed us true Jamaican hospitality until the very end of out stay! The morning of Feb. 28th we were scheduled to leave, as we made our way back to the airport, we found that our flight was delayed - the Sandals representative at the airport made arrangements for those who had stayed at a Sandals resort to go to The Royal Jamaican until our flight was departing - it was definitely a pleasant surprise to know that our scheduled vacation with Sandals had come to an end, yet they were willing to go that extra step to see that we were taken care of until we have returned to their norm, we will always remember the awesome vacation which we experienced due to all the efforts of SANDALS OCHO RIOS and ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT TRAVEL! We will, with no hesitation, refer friends, family, and co-workers to your agency and Sandals, Keep up the good work - We will call you to book our next Caribbean vacation at Sandals!

We just wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful time we we had at Sandals St. Lucia. When we arrived we were shown to a beautiful oceanview room when we paid for a "Deluxe". I don't know if you pulled any strings, but if you did, "Thank You!" It was gorgeous. We have recommended your agency to two friends who are getting married this year....To make a long story short, we appreciated your patience, help and assistance in planning our overdue vacation. Just wanted to let you know that the accommodations you arranged for us at Boscobel Beach were great! We just got back last night and overall we had a great time.... (it would have been even better if we didn't all get the flu while we were there). .... Boscobel was comfortable and had a lot to offer. We were able to use the free room upgrade coupon you sent us to move into a one-bedroom suite--it was much larger than we expected and had two bathrooms!
The kids loved the place and want to go back.
...(One company) books nearly all of the package vacations out of the Twin Cities... The price you gave us with... ( by splitting the air and the resort bookings )..was at least $600 less than the price ... (One Company) was advertising for the cheapest room Boscobel has! "I couldn't believe it. We've been going to the Jamaica for several years now. We previously booked our trips through another company. They always gave us good prices and pretty good service. However, they never told us about the perks for returning guest.
When my wife told me, that you said, we were entitled to a free night for being repeat guest; I said, if that was true, our agent would have told us. Our agent is one of the biggest anywhere. I was mad at her for booking the trip with you and called to cancel it. You suggested that I call my agent and ask him to help me get a free complimentary night before canceling. It made sense, so I did.
I called my agent and asked them to book the trip. They gave me the regular 7-night price. When I asked them about the complimentary night for returning guest, they started to dance around my question. After they admitted that I could get it, they said the reason they didn't tell me was that the resort will comp only a "Gardenview Room", not a "Beachfront" like I always book. They said its a waste of time to try to get the Comp night and said I should just book the Beachfront for seven nights and go enjoy myself like I always have.... I trusted them and they did me wrong! Yeah, 'go enjoy myself!'
You helped me get the free night, and it's for the Beachfront. I'm now going for eight nights instead of seven and your price is still lower than theirs. I hate to admit it, but my wife was right. "When we went on our trip last fall and the weather was bad, we were disappointed that our 'dream vacation' didn't turn out to be a dream. The resort people were great and did everything possible to make us comfortable, but the weather just wouldn't cooperate. After the trip, we called you to thank you for your great service and to tell you that the resort did everything anyone could do to make the guest happy in that nasty weather.
You suggested that we write a letter to the manager, so we did. We thank you for the free complimentary stay (3-nights) that the manager agreed to give us and would like to add 4 more nights that we will purchase. By the way, book us a wedding too. Yeah, we're going to tie the knot. Even with bad weather, the resort sure was romantic.
There will be several other couples calling you. When we told them how you handled our situation they laughed and said it's a waste of time. We'll never get anything. When we showed them the letter from the manager they were amazed. They said that all their travel agent ever did was sell them tickets, they had to do all the work! Thanks!.... We have taken many family vacations before, but none were
as great as this one at Beaches Negril. The price we paid seemed high
compared to the cruises and trips to “Mouse World” that we had taken before.
You told us that all drinks, activities and amenities were included and that we
wouldn’t have to constantly be telling the children that they “you can’t
have another coke, or that they are not getting any more money for the video
games, etc.”. You told us that the kids would have fun in a safe environment
and that we (my husband and I) would be able to have some free time for
ourselves instead of entertaining and keeping an eye on the kids. We were
hesitant to purchase, but decided to give it a try. You told us that “this is
a ‘No-Brainer’ vacation…everything will be taken care of for you.”

We went to the airport and got on the non-stop Air Jamaica flight. When we arrived in Jamaica there were tour reps there to greet us and guide us to the Beaches booth. After just a few minutes in the airport our transportation to the resort was waiting. While the ride was long (1hour and 55 minutes) my children really got a glimpse of how lucky they are. It looked like the poverty was overwhelming. We were surprised to see the smiling children dressed in clean and pressed colorful uniforms on their way to school. We were able to explain that even though the country is poor, the Jamaican people value education as a way to get out of poverty.
Our kids had the time of their lives. They made friends with many other nice children from other parts of the world. The Staff at Beaches entertained them, played with them, danced with them, taught them new skills, taught them how to speak and dance Jamaican, and the children had fun doing it all. We were not harassed by our children or the resort to spend more money. Everything was already included. When the kids asked if they could have something, or to go participate in an activity, we could tell them “yes” without wondering how much extra it would cost or if they would be safe. The only thing we spent any extra money on were souvenirs to bring home.
Because the children were having so much fun, they gave us some time to relax and enjoy “our” vacation. We really appreciated the “adults only pool and bar” area of the resort to enjoy that free time by ourselves. We also enjoyed the activities and time that we spent with our children doing the many activities that were “parent friendly”. We have been accustomed to spending every minute of our family vacations with our focus totally on entertaining or watching the children. We now know how to vacation with our children and have some fun time for just ourselves. This trip was the best of both worlds.
When we got back, we realized that this all-inclusive trip was less expensive, more luxurious, more fun, less hectic, and a much better deal for our vacation dollars than the previous trips we had. There were no hidden or unforeseen expenses. We didn’t have to pay extra for a snorkeling trip, scuba lessons, alcoholic beverages, or anything. When the resort staff asked if we needed anything, we didn’t feel like we were being harassed to purchase something. We knew that they were just offering good service. When we tried to tip our favorite bartender he returned our tip and said, “It’s all inclusive, no tipping allowed. Then with a bigger smile he said that “My biggest tip would be for you to mention my name in our comments card at the end of your trip and that the biggest tip of all is when we come back to Jamaica next year.”
Tom, you were right, we could spend less money but it wouldn’t have been nearly as much fun. “Thank you again.” My sister and her family, and my husband’s sister’s family will be joining us for our next trip.
