Presidential Suites: The
Presidential Suites, situated on the 9th floor, comprise a set of four
individual suites with unlimited flexibility. Consisting of two Junior
Suites and two adjacent Parlour Suites with their own private main entrance,
they may be occupied by a single group as a highly spacious and luxurious
home from home, or used in any combination as a sequence of self-contained
suites, elegantly furnished and lavishly equipped. The Presidential
Suites are thus ideal for exclusive family gatherings, or for groups of
senior executives requiring self-contained accommodation which is both
shared and individual.
The Royal Suite: The
Royal Suite is one of the most impressive suites in one of the world's most
exciting cities - an extravagant claim indeed, but one which is amply
fulfilled by the grand scale and lavish furnishings of this spectacular
creation. Located on the 9th floor of the hotel, with its own elevator
access, total privacy and seclusion are assured. This recently
refurbished suite includes: Large lounge, Dining room for up to ten
guests, Study, Private kitchen, Cloakroom, Terraces overlooking the rooftops
of London, Private gym. There are four bedrooms, each with an en suite
marble bathroom. The two master bedrooms have spacious separate dressing
rooms and private balconies. One of the bedrooms converts into a
well-equipped modern gymnasium and a personal trainer is always on call.
Special Need Rooms:
There are two Special Need rooms in the hotel.
Special need facilities include:
- Two disabled car park spaces and a ramp for
ease of access
- The rooms are located by fire exits for
quick access. Guests with special needs will be brought to the
attention of security and in the case of a fire, security will
provide immediate assistance
- Beds have been lowered
- Door to bathroom widened
- Strobing fire alarm for the hard of hearing
- Peephole lowered for guests in wheelchairs
- Grab and transfer railing fixed in the
bathroom
- Assistance alarms located by the bed and in
the bathroom. The alarms, when activated, will alert the

- Induction switches have been installed to
allow guests with hearing aids to use their 'T switch' to obtain

- THE TERRACE ON PORTMAN SQUARE:
Located on the Lobby level, the new restaurant has doubled its capacity to
140 seats which have been placed in a pretty indoor garden terrace setting,
complete with two live-size trees. The aroma of freshly ground coffee
emanates daily from the restaurant's art deco-style coffee bar, which also
offers a 'coffee-to-go' service as well as light snacks such as freshly made
sandwiches and croissants. The Terrace on Portman Square is open seven
days a week from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Guests can choose from classic international dishes on the à la carte menu
or the daily Terrace buffet. Executive Chef Justin Higgens uses the finest
and freshest ingredients to create classic dishes such as calves' liver and
bacon on a bed of creamy pommes purée, and pesto baked lobster tail with
seared scallops served with a wild mushroom and herb risotto. Desserts
include lemon grass and mascarpone brûlée with a lemon and almond tuille

Whilst Albermarle holds allocated seats at all London's West End Theatres,
Joe - the Theatre Desk Manager - recommends booking early to avoid

Tennis Court:
We have our very own tennis court, tucked away in the private gardens of Portman
Square. The court is available to hotel residents. So to find out more or to

Car Park:

Altay Hair and
Beauty: Our professional staff offer a wide range of treatments

- Basic Facial
A deep pore cleanse created especially for the individual client in the
form of specially prepared massage creams and masks. Our routine consists
of a peeling cream to eliminate surface debris and dead cells, shoulder,
neck and face massage. The masks, made from plant, vegetable and fruit

- Guinot Cathiodermie Facial
This is a unique facial beauty treat - to cleanse, nourish, refine and moisturize. The skin-clearing treatment incorporates mild electrical
